Question about fasted AM cardio.

After I do it should I wait like a half hour to eat my first meal to let more calories burn? or just sit down RIGHT after and eat?

Is this good for cardio at the end of a work out? doing this circuit 3 times without any rest between exercises and 1 min. rest between circuit.

Jumping Jacks - 50 reps
Prisoner Squat - 20 reps
Push-up - 15 reps
Bulgarian Split Squat - 12 reps per side
Bodyweight Row - 20 reps
Twisting Lunges - 12 reps per side
Mountain Climbers - 15 reps per side
High Knees Running in Place - 20 reps per side

that is a very interesting post strength split but works too many muscles directly (and indirectly) which can result in over-training of a particular area. It would be better to just stick to straight cardio items (which some of your items work just fine) - examples: treadmill, bike, eliptical, stairs, jumping jacks, running in place, swimming, etc. Keep cardio to as light muscular intensity as possible

if you are doing those workouts in PLACE of strength training thats one thing...if you are doing them IN ADDITION to strength training thats another thing.

Do not do these in place of cardio...

these are strength related and should be used as bodyweight strength exercises only

This can be a result of certain foods in your diet...especially carbohydrates.

Please give me an idea of the foods you are eating day to day and I will get back to you

well to be honest, i havnt eaten much since i started feeling like shit, i can hardly force myself to eat a piece of toast. today i only ate

less than half a cup of brown rice, 1 serving chicken at most, 2x protein shakes, 3x egg/chicken burritos. my diet hasnt really changed much, except for the fact that i've started eating two to three times the portion sizes, 2-3 times recently i fell asleep after eating because of being soo full. just atm im eating like shit because my appetite has crashed

I'm trying to gain muscle, but bulk up.
I've been taking Myoplex.
I work out every other day, what do you recommend on doing to gain weight, but muscle weight?
I'm currently 164lbs.

What should I eat right after a workout, and what should I eat for dinner or breakfast?
Is myoplex okay? Or should I do something else? I've read up on it, and it seemed fine.
