i know that you recommended now! arginine & ornithine for strength training nitric oxide hemodilator

what would you suggest something different for athlete training in endurance/aerobic/stamina

and Not strength training

isn't it beneficial because better flow of Oxygen throughout the blood streams to produce better blood flow during cardio, please correct me
thank you vm

Hey there. Yes, arg+orn is very important especially when taken in conjunction with BCAAs for the athlete in training. The increased oxygen/nitric oxide levels actually help INCREASE endurance...while the BCAAs prevent muscle wasting and keep metabolism moving sharply.

You said on a cutting diet, that you're not supposed to eat carbs after the 3rd meal.

As a vegetarian, can you offer me some food choices for the last few meals of the day?

Also, does that include carbs from fruits and vegetables?
