yeah squat form looks much improved. My form is very similar, only a little bit wider with the feet. Depth is about the same.
I haven't done a 1rm for squat or bench in a very long time, but I'd guess my bench to be around 205-215 and squat around 315. Last time I did DL (early october) it was 345
Also, bets on bitch! :D Guess I'll have to make videos as proof at some point...
your bench is past mine, squats are about the same, but i got you on dls atm =p
