yeah squat form looks much improved. My form is very similar, only a little bit wider with the feet. Depth is about the same.

I haven't done a 1rm for squat or bench in a very long time, but I'd guess my bench to be around 205-215 and squat around 315. Last time I did DL (early october) it was 345

Also, bets on bitch! :D Guess I'll have to make videos as proof at some point...

squat 240 5x5 (first set only managed 4 reps, dafuck)
bench I retried 180x5, managed to hit it, did 4 sets @ 162 after that, going for 182.5 on friday
dead 315 10x1

if I hit my 370x5 squat and my 350x5 dead this friday, those e1rms will be 315+ and 405+

I'm going to have a mock meet on christmas day (no joke) I've got time off both my jobs and I'll go for my 2/3/4, or maybe even 1k if all goes well

id spot u then sacktap u and ud laugh then the bar would slip and id catch it then wed lock eyes and id see the appreciation in urs and wed go out for dinner and then id never call u back

squat depth was questionable...
any tips for my bench? squat and deads are going up fine, but bench is just fucking me in the dickhole...

My deadlift form is looking pretty good!

basically I setup, grab the bar with my scapula in front of the bar, I'll pull the bar into me hard with my lats while sitting back and pushing my hips as close to the bar as possible, this lowers me then when I feel I'm at a very advantageous position to pull I'll raise my hips slightly screw my feet outwards and initiate the pull.
