2 snatches every minute on the minute for 8 minutes. Used 125lbs. Working on form, still have a mental issue getting under the bar >:(

B ) Back squats
Warmup
5 @ 70% max 230lbs
3 @ 85% max 270lbs
1 @ 95% max 315lbs
2 @ 90% max 285lbs for the rest

C) 5 rounds for time
15 pullups
20 Kettlebell swings @ 1.5pood
40 double unders

Don't remember the time. Like 15 something. Was slow. Double unders took forever.

A) Just a warmup, work at own pace. Worked out with a legit dude today so we just alternated as we went.

4 muscle ups
30 second L-Sit ( this sucks )
5 weighted pistols, 5 each leg with a 26lb kettlebell

B ) 3x3 sets of Jerk Balance
135lbs

C)6 sets
Power Clean and jerk. Failed at 205. didn't get under it. Cody made 245 look easy. Fuck.

D) 3 rounds
500m row
15 burpees over the rower
2min rest

A - C aren't for time. D was for time and ended at 13:14 with 4 minutes rest in between the rounds.

13:14 for D.

Everything took roughly an hour.
