That's kind of what I currently do but have a problem with staying tight and need more explosion!

Dude I feel like bench is one of the areas you have the most potential to increase, in the short term at least.Hit it hard.

at 181 I am assuming. Ya buddy! What goals specifically. If you can keep your deadlift moving up like it has the last year you should be mid-high 500's!

huge goals for me will be 402/252/501
I want 501 in comp this December pretty bad, I have pulled 500 in the gym. the other goals will be new pr's when the day comes. NEVER GIVE UP!

after my meet I had the chance to talk to some big benchers and got some tips. They were all big on tricep/rear delt work. so that is what I will be going pretty hard on, as well as some DB bench too. I am soo plain and boring doing just the deadlift/squat/bench 95% of the time... time to think outside of the basics.

First priority is to get healty again which may change my goals in the next months. I fixed my abs and glutes but i still have issues with my sacrum area.

Im weighting 171 atm so i plan to get my weight back in the next 4 weeks first. Hopefully i will be 100% healty after that too.

What part is the problem area?
Me and some friends have don some benchprofiling on around 80 people during the summer for a project.
