where would u suggest power cleans go into in a routine? back day? leg day? 3x a week?

power cleans should probably go with a leg + shoulder combo day.

If you are training specifically for olympic lifting...there is a different routine you need to follow...

but if you want to keep things somewhat normal and ADD power cleans...do them on leg+shoulder day

for a cut, you'll need more protein to pick up the slack from lack of carbs....so at least 1.5-2g per lb per day.

30-45g at each meal max. any more than that isn't directly used but stored (for your bodyweight).

The key is to have 6 meals a day w/ approx 35g / meal = 210g

on a cut, do 45g which is 270g / day

So, 1.5 scoops, I'll try that.
Thank you :D

depends what you want to do...

for pure strength its bad because of pre-exhaustion and overwork of a muscle group....for size only and/or cutting its fine.

avoid grits...

oats are fine during a cut...in the first 1-2 meals of the day.

I would stick to H-drol....CEL is an overall better company and I have personal experience with their product line...h-drol and p-plex mostly.
