So during a cutting process (Trust me, I'm do for a cut) PH is better than a BCAA?
Also Im a HS football linemen so If I get down in weight, might be non-beneficial but I do have some fat to loose, most in legs some in belly

Edit: http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/cel/edge.html

Good product?

not better...

ph AND bcaa are both essential for a good cut.

Also you might have to google CEL for a while, its hard to find their PH stuff...

those guys have it for sure.

it means that it keeps your hormone levels high enough that your body prevents as much muscle wasting in negative calorie situations and high intensity cardiovascular scenarios. The PH will stimulate your body to remain anabolic and thus minimizing muscle loss. You will not gain strength if you are cutting properly

ahh ic. i'd rather cut with e/c and just bulk then.

Hey raynor

you answered all my questions but one.

Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine (take 5g / day 2.5 pre and 2.5 post workout or 2.5 morning and 2.5 post/pre workout)
This stuff you say take 5g a day, the directions say 5g in morning and/or 5g after workout... Should I still go with your 5g/day? or 10? Would more hurt me? or my little brother?

Basically should I take 5g or 10g? Thanks man!

5g is really all the body uses as long as you're less than 250 lbs. 10g is a waste. Stick to 5g total.

for cutting, avoid breads and grainy/starchy carbs...stick to green veggies, lean meats, nuts, beans, grapefruit, eggs, etc.

Would you recommend taking casein before bed on a cut?

If so, how necessary is it? Is it really that important to eat something right before bed so you don't lose muscle?

Edit - Also, some people say moderate intensity cardio is better for fat burn than high intensity. Is there any truth to this?
