I thought t-bol was the natty test booster? I didn't see anything about increased test when i was looking at e-bol. If it is a test booster then forget that.

Is a spin bike a good form of cardio?
I feel it in my legs and I sweat somewhat but nothing like a treadmill.
Any advice on what would be best? In terms of what I can do on the treadmill, should I just jack the resistance up, or any specific programs for intensity?

there is no "BEST" natural test booster...there are various supplements that work well for different people. I wouldn't fully discredit his e-bol product.

spin is great for cardio.

best advice is to alternate cardio....

treadmill, eliptical, bike, stairs, swimming, etc.

it means that it keeps your hormone levels high enough that your body prevents as much muscle wasting in negative calorie situations and high intensity cardiovascular scenarios. The PH will stimulate your body to remain anabolic and thus minimizing muscle loss. You will not gain strength if you are cutting properly

So during a cutting process (Trust me, I'm do for a cut) PH is better than a BCAA?
Also Im a HS football linemen so If I get down in weight, might be non-beneficial but I do have some fat to loose, most in legs some in belly
