What are you thoughts on e-bol? Just read something quick about it and it looked promising.

this is NOT a ph...besides that it seems to be overpriced for the formula it offers. That isnt to say that it might indeed work out for you...but there are better options

Yeah I know it's not a PH, it's supposed to be the best non-hormone thing out there but you can't always believe what you hear. What would you suggest instead of e-bol?

ahh ic, well since i already started bulking i think ima bulk up to 14-15% then go back down, im still enjoying eating large portions.

also, is 24g casein + 12oz milk enough? or should i use 36,48, ?
