either or. Kinda maintaining. Zigzagging as always.  Low cal maybe?

well...basically heres two choices...

clean bulk (carbs included)

chopped chicken breast w/ olive oil, garlic, oregano sauteed with onions + green peppers served over brown rice, black beans w/ salsa + 2% sour cream + guacamole

Grilled Shrimp w/ olive oil, lemon, oregano and garlic served over whole grain linguine tossed + grated romano cheese with a side salad + olive oil and balsamic vinegar.

Beef stew made with lean stew beef + low sodium tomato base + green beans, carrots, peas, red potatoes, celery, onions, and green/red peppers - season to taste.

cutting cycle (low carb)

8 oz steak rubbed with raw garlic, olive oil, black peppercorns, and cayenne pepper grilled until medium on both sides + broccoli with olive oil + lemon

4 egg omelet w/ green peppers + onions + 2% cheddar cheese + black beans served w/ salsa

1 large or 2 chicken breasts (approx 8 oz) butterflied and fileted, seered on both sides until crispy and cooked through (use olive oil + seasoning to taste) then put mustard, 1 slice of cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, etc. between TWO of the chicken pieces and make a "no bun chicken sandwich" These are good, but messy. I recommend using a paper towel to hold it if you don't like getting the food all over you.

so it's nothing bad right? cardio effect didin't change? cuz i was thinking the more u sweat the more calories u burn :))

not necessarily....however, it is a sign to your body's accustoming to it....you should change cardio exercises periodically to prevent your body from getting to used to it.

that would be you cutting off circulation to that extremity during the night. It is completely normal.
