New deadlift PR - 565
I'm cutting so I'm lifting a bit heavier.. last week I decided to race my friend to 600 (he pulled 500x4).. so yeah, I'm back at it. Last week got 500x2 then 545 pretty easily. This week 565.. although in contrast to last week, this week felt fukn heavy, especially after such a massive hiatus from deadlifting. Hoping for 585 within the next 2 weeks
