e: cardio pisses me off too it's so boring!
I've bulked from 140 to 160 since the beginning of this year after I cut down from ~27% BF to like 10% last summer lol, and I've gained very minimal body fat. But I think I'm actually gonna do cardio on this cut. Last time I cut I just cleaned up my diet and said fuck it to the cardio.
I'll probably do some fasted running or some shit in the morning and HIIT after I lift
