I've been researching this for the better part of an hour, If you drink alot of water and take in lots of sodium you can retain water weight. I am not used to drinking 1gal-1.5gal per day and i must admit i feel a little bloated.how much sodium i should be consuming in a daily diet.
Also if i buy chicken and fry it with olive oil, about how much sodium will each breast have?
hey there - that is partially correct...to avoid water retention you need to keep sodium levels under 2,500 mg / day, potassium levels at 2x the sodium level (so 2.5g sodium = 5g potassium) and also 1:1 for calcium and magnesium. (so 2.5g sodium = 2.5g calcium and magnesium)
chicken and olive oil doesnt have any significant sodium....so VERY little...25-100mg or so.
