405x10 deadlift yesterday

muscles are feelin it today whew

slightly dissapointed tho, I did one working set on DL and many working sets on my lats and rear delts and they don't feel nearly as sore :/ I even did rows before my deadlifts so i'd have more energy for them

squat calculator says my theoretical 1rm is 280.. seems kinda off


calculator is just a guess, everyone differs how much they can rep vs 1rm. I always performed better with low rep on my lower body exercises

when i hit 315 last year i think i could only do like 225x10
