If you take a fat burner, say GAT Jet fuel, for a while and you cut down your body fat, what happens once you stop taking said fat burner?
Will you stay how you are as long as you eat to maintain, or gain the fat back more easily?

NOW! Adam Multivitamins (take 2x a day, once morning once at night)
1 serving at night and one in the morning? or 1 serving split up between night and day (1 pill night and 1 day or 2 night 2 day?)

NOW! Arginine + Ornithine (take 10g before bed, and take 5-10g before working out)
This I'm going to take 10 pills before working out and 13 pills before bed.
The label says take 2 pills 2-3 times a day for 4-6 a day.. would 23 be way too many?  Could this hurt me in anyway by taking this many?

Optimum Nutrtion BCAA caps (take 2-3g every 45 mins before/during/after exercise and before bed)
3 pills before workout 2 during 3 after and 2 before bed = 10 pills a day.

NOW! Omega 3-6-9 (take 2-3 pills with every food meal...not shakes to promote fat loss and clean circulatory system)
Do I take this for snacks? or just meals? like 3 times a day with breakfast/lunch/dinner good? 3 pills each time.

GAT! Jet Fuel (take 2-3 pills each morning on an empty stomach with 32 oz water - do some exercise preferably like light jogging and then eat 30 mins later)
Im gonna take 3 pills and walk for an hour or so... would running/joggin be better? Idk if I can jog for 30 mins.

Grapefruit Juice (drink 1-2 8pz glasses per day...once in the morning with breakfast and once with your 2nd or 3rd meal to aid in fat loss)
Can't wait to drink this :)...

NOW! 100% whey isolate (take this as your protein shake)
Sorry but whats the difference between isolate and non isolate? I almost ordered non isolate so just wanting to know.. the price is like 20$ difference too.

Thanks a lot Raynor!

Edit:

Optimum Nutrition Micronized Creatine (take 5g / day 2.5 pre and 2.5 post workout or 2.5 morning and 2.5 post/pre workout)
This stuff you say take 5g a day, the directions say 5g in morning and/or 5g after workout... Should I still go with your 5g/day? or 10? Would more hurt me? or my little brother?

Edit #2: Raynor I am not questioning your professional advice at all just trying to make sure I am taking everything correctly to get the best results you know? Don't want to take too much or too little...

1 multivitamin in morning, 1 at night

take 6 arg/orn pills before workout and 6 before bed...that should be plenty. Also taking too much WILL NOT hurt you in any way.

10 bcaa caps a day is fine

3 pills with every regular food meal (eating a cheese stick or a handfull of nuts or protein shake doesnt require this)

Better to do HIIT...so walk for 2-3 mins, then sprint for 1 minute, jog for 2 minutes, and walk for another 2-3 minutes...repeat for a total of 30-60 mins. Make sure to drink 24 oz of water (minimum) with the jet fuel

isolate is the cleanest and fastest absorbing whey protein which can be metabolized in 30 minutes.

edit:

on OFF days you will take ALL of those supplements. Once a month you will take a full 3 day period of NO supplements to give your body a small cycle shock

your metabolism will slow back to regular levels (also your heart and blood pressure will return to normal levels)

yes you will maintain your fat losses. fat will only return if you allow it to (by eating badly or avoiding exercise)

So basically, I can eat the exact amount of food I eat currently to maintain my current body fat when I am at a lower body fat after taking a fat burner and stay at that level?

more or less...you have to take into consideration activity level, body weight, etc. but if you eat a proper diet without the fat burner you will keep the fat off no problem

Hey Ray,

1. What amount of water intake per day do you recommend for your general cutting routines?

2. What supplements should i be taking with my Ripped fuel extreme and centrum everyday vitamins? should i get some Whey protein, or omega 3-6-9 or and fish oil supplements?

1-1.5 gal of water per day.

get rid of centrum, they are horrible. Get NOW! Adam or Orange Triad multi vitamins...they are the best bang for the buck right now.

Also yes, for cutting get Optimum 100% whey isolate or NOW! 100% whey isolate and NOW! (take at least 1 shake a day post workout) super omega 3-6-9 and take 2-3 with every food meal.
