Actually this jerk is as high as my best pushpress from the front.
+ i got tattooed on shoulder last week so don't really wanna rub a bar on it just yet by doing frontjerks :)

Eddie Berglund did 180kg benchpress at 66kg bw at the IPF Classic Worlds.

Oh and he is born 95.

That's crazy. Almost 3xbw bench press raw.

His father & uncle won't let him go 100% either, pretty insane watching him compete IRL and see all his lift be @9.
I'm not sure which one of Per & Lars (if not both) that has been world champion aswell, so he has a pretty solid coach foundation to work from ^^

I think that's the best way to go about competing, keeping the majority of 3rd lifts at 97-98%.

235x7 squat today !!

couple months ago 135x 10 was tough !!

here i come 315

squat calculator says my theoretical 1rm is 280.. seems kinda off
