Le sigh... He weighs 140lbs, let's keep this in mind.

I find it funny that you would even say anything. Oh wait, you're one of those people who has shit numbers relative to their weight.

I haven't even lifted nearly as long as anybody else here.

lolwut?

or do you think because I have bad numbers right now relative to my bodyweight after 8 months of a knee injury and 4 months after surgery that these represent where I'm at?

lmk when you squat and dead over 700lbs.

Relevant to his weight, probably. Also, Pudz is a Strongman, not a power lifter. He's functionally strong, he's not necessarily the strongest.

I find it hilarious that you don't understand RELATIVE strength and OVERALL strength. There are two separate categories.

Let me know when you Squat and DL over 700lbs as well, Boxa. I would love to see some videos of it when you do. :)

You talk massive amounts of shit for no reason, then try to back it with your PT cert.

He talks shit because most people have no idea what the hell they are doing. Also, boxas speed / endurance / strength prior to surgery easily trumps most people on this forum.

Also, how long have you been lifting?

Numbers are numbers but aren't aesthetics what really matters? I don't think chicks care if you can put up 250 or 450 on bench or 300 or 500 on squats? As long as you look good. And i'm sure most will agree looking good is the reason for lifting/maintaining a good diet. Everyone wants a certain physique, there are few that actually have the drive to acquire this though. I personally would rather look aesthetic than lift big numbers, and at 5'7" i dont see me ever being able to reach huge numbers anyways. But to each their own i suppose.

Pretty much. Of course there are a lot of people who just train to stay in shape or to have overall gains in health, strengt, and what not, but most of us here train for our own good-looking physique.

The problem is, when some of them don't get that physique, start to brag about how much they lift up. And when they can not either brag about how much they lift up, they come to this thread to discuss whatever issue here mentioned. Thats what I do

Ya i'm never gonna be able to put up the numbers some of you. Guys do and gz to all you guys but why bash each other over silly numbers? Say gz and get on with your lifting. If your putting in any amount of time to better your health/physique then your better than 70% ish of our population so more power to everyone in the hnf.
