Well first of all, increase your water intake to 4-6L per day...2.5L is NOT enough.

Secondly, if you are a HARD gainer, this diet would TECHNICALLY work....it's a poor man's bulking diet....but here are some other things you can throw into the mix that are ALSO very cheap and can give you some variety of nutrition if you really can't afford anything else:

Brown rice (in place of oatmeal)
whole grain pasta (in place of oatmeal)
bananas (post workout and morning)
frozen chicken breasts (in place of eggs and/or milk)
Whole Grain Bread (in place of oatmeal)
Peanut Butter (add to bread obv lol)

when I say grams for arginine + ornithine, I'm talking TOTAL GRAMS not grams of each. Each capsule has 1.5G total weight - 2 pills = 3G. etc.

So basically 2 pills = 3G

just remember that lol.

Wow thanks a lot hahaha didn't understand that at all.. :) thanks a lot.

But every server (2pills) has 1g arginine, and .500 ornithine... So for 5-10 grams would be 4-7 pills right? just to make sure i understand 100%..

3g PER 2 capsules
4.5g PER 3 capsules
6g PER 4 capsules
7.5g PER 5 capsules

I do if that's what it was but it's 1.5grams per serving.... 1 serving is 2 pills..

NOW! Adam Multivitamins (take 2x a day, once morning once at night)
1 serving at night and one in the morning? or 1 serving split up between night and day (1 pill night and 1 day or 2 night 2 day?)

This I'm going to take 10 pills before working out and 13 pills before bed.
The label says take 2 pills 2-3 times a day for 4-6 a day.. would 23 be way too many? Could this hurt me in anyway by taking this many?

Optimum Nutrtion BCAA caps (take 2-3g every 45 mins before/during/after exercise and before bed)
3 pills before workout 2 during 3 after and 2 before bed = 10 pills a day.

NOW! Omega 3-6-9 (take 2-3 pills with every food meal...not shakes to promote fat loss and clean circulatory system)
Do I take this for snacks? or just meals? like 3 times a day with breakfast/lunch/dinner good? 3 pills each time.

GAT! Jet Fuel (take 2-3 pills each morning on an empty stomach with 32 oz water - do some exercise preferably like light jogging and then eat 30 mins later)
Im gonna take 3 pills and walk for an hour or so... would running/joggin be better? Idk if I can jog for 30 mins.

This stuff you say take 5g a day, the directions say 5g in morning and/or 5g after workout... Should I still go with your 5g/day? or 10? Would more hurt me? or my little brother?

Edit #2: Raynor I am not questioning your professional advice at all just trying to make sure I am taking everything correctly to get the best results you know? Don't want to take too much or too little...
