You are new here. You obviously have no idea who you're talking to. Gain weight and stfu. Whatever bodyfat you want to lose will leave as you exercise and gain muscle mass.

You're unaware.

I couldn't care any less who you think you are. You're not some "God among men" regardless of where you are.
You're still blinded by the fact that you think I don't need to lose weight and frankly it's getting rather annoying to try to educate you on what I'm trying to accomplish.
Let's try it this way since your brain can't fathom what I'm saying:
Take my picture, add 10 pounds.
I want to lose those 10 pounds to get back to where I was.
Now, if you DO NOT have an idea of how to do this, again, save your banter for somebody else.

I understand that you can't lose 10 lbs of FAT in 10 days, but I know you can lose 10 lbs in 10 days.
Regardless of it being a healthy choice for your body.

if you want to get back to where you were, you will want to lose the fat you have gained. Have you gained 10 lbs of fat or less? I'm not sure if you can comprehend the difference between water weight and body fat, but hopefully you can figure it out. Then you can see how many days it will take to burn off the amount of extra body fat you have. Simply take however many pounds of body fat you have times 7, and you will see how many days you will need to lose it.

He says he wants us to imagine him with 10 lbs around his waist. Obviously, that's not where he gained the 10 lbs if on the scale he only gained 10 lbs. And quite obviously again, that's not where he's going to lose that 10 lbs if he does lose it.

Captain Obvious around here.
I'm not sure whether you are retarded or just pretending.
I've stated many times that I have gained 10 lbs that I want to lose.
All I was asking for were tips on how to do so, not you kids trying to feel like your important by going off on all these different tangents.

When one gains weight, it typically goes to the midsection.
I thought you knew this Mr. "I think I'm the shit around here."

When one gains weight, it goes all over the body, the midsection being the first place for biological reasons. If you gain even 1 lbs of fat, not all of it is going to go there. Like I said, if you know nothing about body composition, stfu.
