if you want to get back to where you were, you will want to lose the fat you have gained. Have you gained 10 lbs of fat or less? I'm not sure if you can comprehend the difference between water weight and body fat, but hopefully you can figure it out. Then you can see how many days it will take to burn off the amount of extra body fat you have. Simply take however many pounds of body fat you have times 7, and you will see how many days you will need to lose it.
Captain Obvious around here.
I'm not sure whether you are retarded or just pretending.
I've stated many times that I have gained 10 lbs that I want to lose.
All I was asking for were tips on how to do so, not you kids trying to feel like your important by going off on all these different tangents.Quote (CMBurns @ Jul 5 2010 08:14pm)
He says he wants us to imagine him with 10 lbs around his waist. Obviously, that's not where he gained the 10 lbs if on the scale he only gained 10 lbs. And quite obviously again, that's not where he's going to lose that 10 lbs if he does lose it.
When one gains weight, it typically goes to the midsection.
I thought you knew this Mr. "I think I'm the shit around here."
