ta, i'm working on the back but i think i naturally have a really shitty v-taper. not being mesomorph sucks - that being said, is it possible to change it, does it just require more hard work?

my arms need a lot of work i dont have much of a tricep really, but thanks all the same.

anyone else?

your structure does not matter. your back can be much wider, work hard...no excuses

Stats?

Height, weight, age, bench press, squat deadlift?

Bodyfat is low, but needs muscle mass.

Arms look pretty good, chest seems a bit lacking though.

I haven't pressed my max in a while on bench
Looking to cut 10 pounds in 10 days, any advice?

Definitely man, I was lucky enough to be born with natural muscle so I've always had decent arms
But I could jack my chest up for sure
