if you mean provide you energy and power...the CHEAPEST thing is probably a custom made drink of apple juice, creatine, dextrose, bcaa's, and arginine+ornithine.
however, if you mean already prepared and ready to go...you could try VPX Redline (mostly caffine though....)
or a protein shake (optimum, vpx, or labrada RTDs are all convenient and good)
