I was just getting at the idea that most people don't drink enough liquid as it is. I usually drink 1-1.5 gallons a day, but that might be a little excessive for my size (I just like water haha).

I always drink at least a gallon, I just carry a gallon around with me at school to make sure I drink enough daily :P

during school i usually have a 1L bottle that i carry around and refill throughout the day...now during the summer i have a gallon insulated jug (even when i fill it half way with ice it melts in about an hour out here haha..it was 114 today)

2L for the average male. I was on creatine and 100 lbs heavier than the average male. So yes, 8-10L, or 2 gallon.

If it were humid it would be rather unfortunate, but there is practically no humidity which makes it bearable.

i realise stronglifts 5x5 doesnt produce the best bodies but this is what i got. comments/advice?

Arms look pretty good, do some pullups to widen that back though :o

ta, i'm working on the back but i think i naturally have a really shitty v-taper. not being mesomorph sucks - that being said, is it possible to change it, does it just require more hard work?

my arms need a lot of work i dont have much of a tricep really, but thanks all the same.

anyone else?
