i'm using cytomax natural it has electrolytes & aminos i think but it's sweet, and full of carbs. & I don't like gatorade either, all of those sports drinks now maybe.
I want to use a powdered unflavored electrolyte & aminos and mix it with water and cissus powder amongst other things with grape/apple juice occasionally too. to mix it up a bit
my question is, what brand of supplement would you recommend for complete electrolytes and complete aminos (preferably powder form)
the reason I want to get those is because I don't want to have a heart attack, and a heart attack happens when your electrolytes are all out of wack is what I heard.
I am in the middle of a cardio/aerobic/(slightly free weight) losing fat diet, and I need all the help for my heart
I'm planning to get some things in the future those 2 I need kinda quick, I'm running out
what electrolytes, and what complete aminos product do you recommend for someone in my situation? I prefer bang:buck
thank you vm
pedialyte is a bottle of electrolytes... it was originally formulated for infants that were sick with diarrhea and/or vomitting etc to keep them hydrated... a lot of wrestlers drink it, and i usually drink a liter of it over the course of a few days... very low in sugar too... but it tastes kinda funky, so you have to get used to it... you can buy the wal mart brand for like $3-$4 a liter i think
