im not expert on creatine but all its gonna do is give you water weight... right?... so whats the worry? its like not you're gaining fat

Six months progress pics!
I forgot to post this here... This was a couple weeks ago.
I'm on a cut now. I'm awful at dieting, but it's clear that's what I need to do now.

you need to load up on water though w/ creatine like over a gal a day

and creatine increases lifts so basically when u get off you'll be stronger good duels

if i'm not mistaken, it is recommend that most active/athletic men drink at least 90-120+ ounces of water a day anyway (a gallon is like 128 ounces) for proper hydration

i guess you should be drinking a lot of water as it is, so drinking enough water should be a constant thing, not just when supplementing with creatine

I was drinking 8-10L on creatine. Which is a little over 2 gallon.
