Hey

Question:

How do your muscles work when you stop working out for a while? If you don't use your muscles in the way you did when you worked out a lot, they will slowly 'dissapear' ? How long does this take?
When you don't work out for a week, a month, 6 months, what kind of effect would this have when you keep following the right diet?

Not true. 50mg is PLENTY for a man of 200lbs or less. You do NOT need to increase the dosing - I do NOT recommend it.

for workout routine, do a good 5x5 as I've illustrated in pages prior.

would a good 5x5 be superior vs 10x10?

also wondering, how many fish oil do u suggest a day for some1 who workouts reguarly?

No. The best protein for the price is 100% pure whey protein isolate. (for immediate absorption)

If left unworked, the muscles only "shrink" in size from the lack of blood flow, nitric oxide, and nutrients that can only be forced to the muscle from a "pump"

The actual muscle density doesn't change unless your body starts catabolizing the muscle tissue for nutrition (this happens when you go long periods of time without proper protein/amino support)

However, strength will lessen over time if the muscles are not used - although it is fairly easy to regain prior strength with a few weeks of intense training after being off for a while through "muscle memory" which isn't really memory, but more like a deflated balloon inflating once more.

how many fish oil do u suggest while on a ph?

do u reccommend creatine during, or is it better to wait till after?

do u suggest cardio during? along with bcaas and enough proteins, i wouldnt mind cutting more bf%

also, im already getting two bottles of p-mag instead, similar to hdrol. u said 50mg is enough, but how long should the cycle be? 4/6/8 weeks?

Just out of curiosity, would the "shrinking" be delayed if you supplement L-Arginine during the time the muscles are not being worked?

yes it would...and proper BCAA and protein throughout the day helps as well.

edit:

not to mention flexing constantly - this helps tremendously.

Fish oil will be the same. 2-3 per regular food meal.

as for creatine, yes, keep it up during the PH.

cardio is un necessary if you are bulking....I would avoid using a ph during a cutting cycle...kinda counter-productive unless you are using it to prevent losses rather than stimulate gains.

50mg is fine....4 weeks on 8 weeks off.
