I'm 100% sure I've gained more muscle than fat this time.
it's taken me since November to just go from like 220 to about 223 ffs
also last time I dirty bulked I got to 234 by april then cut until august
Now all my measurements are actually up and lifts(big time) at only 223lbs.. so 10-11 lbs less in a short time and I'm bigger than I was then.
