hey i'd like ur opinion on som things, i heard 4 weeks @ 50mg a day isnt very effective with h-drol , would u suggest buying 2 bottles and using this doseing regimen?

Week 1: 50 mg (2 capsules per day)
Week 2: 50 mg (2 capsules per day)
Week 3: 75 mg (3 capsules per day)
Week 4: 75 mg (3 capsules per day)
Week 5: 75 mg (3 capsules per day)
Week 6: 75 mg (3 capsules per day)


also, on ph, what kind of workout routine would u follow to emphasize mass gains?

depends on the person, exercise level, metabolism, etc.

Ideally, you want to reduce your carbs as low as possible, keep protein at least 1.5g / lb bodyweight, and the rest fat to make up a total of 500 cal less per day than you burn both through metabolism and exercise.

Not needed - you can use the PH in your current routine with excellent gains. no additional modifications necessary.

Not true. 50mg is PLENTY for a man of 200lbs or less. You do NOT need to increase the dosing - I do NOT recommend it.


for workout routine, do a good 5x5 as I've illustrated in pages prior.

Cutting cycle. Please read the last 10-15 pages of this thread and find my general cutting diet and exercise plan that I've posted several times....this will help you lose fat rapidly and safely.

Skc, how do i find out my max bench press?

How would you do it? I know you cant lift you max fresh and no prior warm up.

Light stretching

Light warmup - 1 or 2 sets of light warmup weight 15 reps

then go for the 1 rep max with a spotter + belt + wraps (if necessary)
