when I went to talk to the judges after my 2nd comp... they asked me if I had professional help when posing, I told them it was self taught and they seemed rather impressed.

I obv didnt show that on those last set of pics... the poses were rushed.

I actually feel like a bodybuilder instead of a malnourished teenager

I plan on dieting through the comp, conditioning can always be better ;)

172.5-174lbs this morning

not bad at all for being after 3kcals & ~450g carb refeed. (sat)

Hit chest/back and idk if its because of the extra carbs yesterday but I felt pretty dang strong for being in the lows 170's

Flat bb bench press
135x15
185x10
225x8
245x5
255x4
