this will probably shock most and some wont believe the 1 month difference from 1 month ago to right now but this is what it is im extremely happy finally bursted out of my bubble i was stuck at a point for a good 3months at same weight/reps and came out of it with a big boost

Status now

Weight 175-180 (not 100% sure) could be 175-185
Height 5'11
Age 17
Workout lenght 10-11 months

start out status

Weight 150-155
Height 5'11
Age 16-17

Routine

Day1 Lower Chest + Middle (Decline/Flat)

Day2 Back

Day3 Shoulders + Upper Chest

Day4 Bicepts/tricept/forearm

Day5 Legs (this is out of the routine for now nitill ankle is healed)

Day6 Day off (Rest)

Day7 Day off (Rest)

NOW so adding this my Total is 435Deadlift + 285-295 Bench + 315x5 squat dont no max never tried = 1045

Deadlift 435X1 (done this yesterdasy prettty soild)
Bench Flat 285X1 (After sets with no struggle at all) probably could of got 295 (ill try next chest day)
Bench FLat 225x10 (little struggle on 9 and 10)
Bench Decline 295x1 (After sets on same day as i did 285 flat)
Bench Decline 225x10 (Repped it fast as fuck no struggle threw it)
Bench Incline ??? (im doing shoulders + upper chest tommorow so ill edit this then what i get cause my gains mostly happened in this week)
DB shoulder press ??? icon_pointr.gif Ditto (Bench Incline ???)
Shoulder Press ??? icon_pointr.gif (Ditto Bench Incline ???)
Squat 315x5 (legs still same cause i havent worked em in a while due to my ankle injury

Bench Incline 225x1 (weak compared to others sad.gif )

Bench Decline (didnt have one when i started)

K today i did my shoulder/Upper chest i said id post once i found out well here is what i got

Bench Incline 225x4
DB shoulder press 80x7
Shoulder Press 205x1 (down to the chin)
