do a wrap around the ending of your vastus lateralis, 3-4 wraps around your knee, and one last wrap at the bottom of your patella.

Are you pushing through your heels? Looks as if they raise up very slightly and pressure is applied to front of the foot. Hard to tell watchng on iPhone

need lower hips to start, will help you sit back a bit. maintain a neutral cervical spine too, hyperextension of cervical spine automatically leaks stability from the rest of the posterior chain

I never enjoy watching suited lifts. It's not that I don't respect what they do, but I simply cannot relate. It's awesome to watch raw lifts because that is what I do. I've never used a suit, so I cannot sit there and jaw drop at how much stronger they are than I, although I'm sure it's alot :lol:

I don't mind it. I think geared lifting is sick as fuck, and a class of it's own.
