Yup! Thanks. I'd say I'll be able to hit 365 very shortly from simply doing it. However I don't want to train strength haha.. but we'll see how it goes.

Work up to a few heavy top sets, do rest of accys in hypertrophy range. I bet you can reach 405 easily without purely myofib training.

I am hitting everything twice now, so on one of the days I could start with some heavy bench :P

Do it m8! I'm taking some rest now having a back/glutes strain from the heavy pulling and tossing my girl twice last week. Ice/stretching/etc. I'll focus on bench as well during that time.

Also, last meet I tied my knee wraps as tight as possible. What do you recommend for that?

I'm pretty close from Montreal. I'd say about 40 minutes.

Never used knee wraps. They are not allowed in my federation for the raw division.

are you using 2.0 or 2.5 meter lengths?
