I just worked out at Lifetime Fitness....I ran for 40 minutes, then lifted weights .....dips, pull ups, lat pull downs, and free weights on the bench, doing a opening chest motion (flying about 35 pounds and pushing about 60lbs) ........

And after all was said and done I sat in the Sauna for like 10 minutes and took a shower.

My question to you  is I had this to eat as an after workout meal....Healthy or No?

yes, muscle milk is fine post-workout.

What about those Sausage, Egg, and Cheese sandwhiches from Super America/ Holiday Gas Station?

Oh and is oatmeal healthy?

Btw how many times should I hit the gym to eventually look as swoll as you do?

PH's increase testosterone productions which has anabolic effects on the body resulting in faster and bigger muscle gain

Arginine+Ornithine helps the body produce additional nitric oxide which results in more vascularity and better pump

BB.com has some.....but heres a good selection:

I really recommend you do some google research on PH's and take a look around and find reviews about products.

My favorite product is CTD Labs Decabolen.

avoid the gas station sandwiches.

and oatmeal is very healthy, especially for breakfast with some eggs.

You need to work out 5 days a week for bulking and 6 days a week for cutting.

Work out hard and follow one of my guides illustrated in the last 10-15 pages.

well PCT is only necessary with some VERY strong anabolics....I recommend NOW! Liver Support before/during/after any orals, as well as NOW! Tribulus for post-cycle....some people really like Gaspari Novadex...but I think it's all bullshit to be honest. It's not real nolva...and certainly you don't need anything like that from most orals today.
