for bulking you can try out a good PH like CTD labs Decabolen

In addition try arginine+ornithine and for protein try using a good bulking mix like Optimum pro-complex gainer (if you are not prone to fat gain)

if you tend to gain fat with carbs...then stick to a regular protein mix.

PH's are illegal and discontinued now i believe,

what is a good supp with arginine and orthinine in it that u'd recommened?

PH's are not illegal. Please do some research, there are plenty that you can buy legally.

PH's increase testosterone productions which has anabolic effects on the body resulting in faster and bigger muscle gain

Hey Raynor, what's your opinion on breathing during exercises like squats? I've seen two main variations A ) inhale before squatting down and exhale only once you're back in that starting position again and B ) inhale before squatting down and exhale on the way up. Which would you recommend (or do you recommend something different) and why?

always exhale on the positive side of the exercise....

when you are EXPLODING up....EXHALE.

when you are dropping down, then is the time to take a breath.


exhaling while hitting the positive side of an exercise results in added power.

I just worked out at Lifetime Fitness....I ran for 40 minutes, then lifted weights .....dips, pull ups, lat pull downs, and free weights on the bench, doing a opening chest motion (flying about 35 pounds and pushing about 60lbs) ........

And after all was said and done I sat in the Sauna for like 10 minutes and took a shower.

My question to you is I had this to eat as an after workout meal....Healthy or No?
