weighing 223 atm and can do +90lbs on dips for 8-10 and +55lbs for 6 on chins

And you have 80 lbs on me and I still out bench you with both bb and dbs considering I can get 100s for 8+ reps

I can do over 10 pretty easily
also I got the 100s for 8 the other day actually after 4 sets to failure on a barbell bench

Alpha doesn't even squat. Therefore, he doesn't take his training seriously. Why bother? Comparing benches is like comparing curls. Such a faggy ass lift.
