haha not flexing in second pic and i guess all my weight came from height i went from maxing 115 on bench to 205, deadlift reps from 135 to 225 so im not too worried
first year worked out only 3 months then break cause injured scapula and last year i worked out pretty solid
i think i need to start a diet never had one eat what i want when i want
