Told myself today is the day I get my ass back in the gym and really take my shi to the next level. this shit was nice to see to help with the motivation.

I just put in 20-25 reps at 135lbs. and it's saying that my one rep max is 204-214lbs. There's absolutely no way I could bench 214lbs. :lol:
