there is no such thing as spot reduction. Lose fat all over your body to lose fat in these places.

Genetics dictates the areas you lose fat in the most...but love handles/belly are usually the last to go on a man.

Just keep up the cutting and eventually they will go away.

Exercising a particular area only generates temporary heat there which helps burn fat....heat is indeed the enemy of fat....so sleeping with a heating pad at night on the targeted areas actually can help...same thing with a sauna or sunbathing. However I don't recommend doing any of these to excess as they can damage the body.

Just lose fat the right way - through proper diet and lots of exercise.

I'm 18 y/o right now, I got 3 cm taller in 2 years ( was 1,75m @ 16 ...now 1,78).

Except sleeping 8h/night and getting all my vitamins, is there an other way to promote growth? ( Getting taller)

tl;dr : Is there any tricks to get taller.

Genetic aint a problem , both of my grand-pa were tall , my dad is over 6', my brother is over 6' and my other brother is 5'11.5 ( both of my brother were tall @ 16)

Last to go eh? Thats kind of sad to hear. :P
I guess it leads me to another question, what are some cardio exercises I can do at home?

short sprints, jogging, jumping jacks, bicycling, swimming (if you have a pool or beach nearby), climbing up and down stairs (if available), or even running in place works. Basically any activity that gets you sweating and your heart rate into the target zone (about 135-145 bpm)

Not necessarily. If you are 17 I'd wait a year or two...PH won't really benefit you that much right now anyway...your body is producing testosterone at massive quantities on its own.

not at all.

your body burns fat based on your genetics and necessity.

As a male you are more likely to lose fat in the arms, chest, and legs before the stomach, love handles, and lower back.

However some men are opposite of this (most from estrogen increases)

hey there. You will probably grow much taller....I'm jealous that you are young enough to still have that ability. I am too old now to grow any taller and I'm shorter than you. Be happy that you are 5'8.5 and growing. The best thing you can do is the following:

Hanging from a bar for 10-15 minutes a day and letting your lower spine drop. Do this in the morning and before bed if possible.

Using an inversion table for 10-15 minutes a day (also morning and night if possible)

take approx 10g arginine + ornithine before bed every night

make sure you eat plenty of meat and dairy products every day (at least 3 servings of meat and 3 servings of dairy - as well as all your fruits and veggies)

if you are a real psycho about your height you can see a doctor to prescribe you growth hormone injections (very expensive and difficult to get when you are already 5'8.5 lol)

enjoy!
