Well those injuries are long gone and I've added over 50 lb to my squat since then and done 2 other meets :D

You learn a lot from those mistakes. ;)

I'm trying really hard to have neutral spine but It's proving to be quite difficult for both my squats and deadlifts. Also, first set of squats was bad but I'm happy otherwise

Thanked my spotter anyways, he's just starting. But I got a kick out of it :)

I'm amazed at how easy the deadlifts felt today, even after squatting.

Got super motivation+advice from you Aube, thank you so much :)
