changed up my squat stance based off of a suggestion of one of the gym owners, apparently for very long femurs it's either wide with flat soles, or narrow with olys
heels are about 6 inches apart, pointing 45 degrees out, the squat looks sooo much better, and feels more natural aswell. (was a little bit weird getting used to the extra ROM and hitting depth)
will probably continue to squat this way.
1:45ish is when i start

Doesn't look like complete shit like it did just some weeks ago. You still look a bit uncomfortable though, but form has improved alot.

man you wear so much gear. wrist straps for squats, knee pads, belt, crazy lifting shoes, compression shorts..
when I was in highschool social media and the internet weren't as crazy as they are now. you legit went in to the weight room and lifted. you learned form and you filled out your sheet for the coach and tracked your gains, 5,5,3,2,1, mon-friday.
everytime I look at this thread I just think "damn this looks overly complicated." maybe it isn't, glad you're seeing gains though that's all that matters.
Wrist wraps and knee sleeves are great for joints and stability, keeps areas warm and reduces risk for injury. Can't see why weightlifting shoes that has been around for decades are crazy.
It's not the gear etc, it's the user that is overly complicated in this case
