A) Worked up to 215 for a PR squat clean. Happy about it except i was overthinking waaay to much.
B ) 235lbs
265lbs
295lbs for the last 4 sets.

This is my last set of 295. My legs were shot, barely hit parallel.


C) Used 165lbs for the squat cleans, got 20:42.

Well turned out that's a lot of reps at a heavy weight to keep up past 3-4 rounds so it turned into an AMRAP.

B ) FRONT SQUATS! PR day Old max @ 275lbs

1 rep @ 100% max 275lbs
1 rep @ 105% max, 290lbs ( Failed. Dropped to 285 and made it, boom.)
3 reps @ 80% max 245lbs.

18:40. So slow. This was hard on the forearms. Pretty slack ending to a good day for me though

Went a little ham on the first round, but didn't eat yesterday and on 3 hours of sleep made thrusters hard.

B ) Only went up to 135 for the position and Snatch.
C) 11:15. This sucked. First set of Handstand pushups went smoother than usual.

Worked up to 155 for the last set of 3. Shit start's getting pretty hard

B ) 8 Set's of 80% Split Jerk.
Used 185. First 4-5 were picture perfect, 6th and 7th were almost a damn push press.
And 8th

This was hard on the shoulders.
