A) Worked up to 215 for a PR squat clean. Happy about it except i was overthinking waaay to much.
B ) 235lbs
265lbs
295lbs for the last 4 sets.
This is my last set of 295. My legs were shot, barely hit parallel.
C) Used 165lbs for the squat cleans, got 20:42.
