been doing rsr consecutive cycles since mid jan. might be stupid on my part cause i am a bit overtrained plus my dl is lagging behind though i'm doing the extended version of rsr atm. will do a couple of light weeks after this cycle is done and then something less intense for a while. maxed out my squat at 529lbs in the end of feb at 200lbs bodyweight. aiming for at least 550 this summer...

this is from a 446lbsx5x5 (vid is of the third set) earlier today.

i hated the 6x5 and 6x6 volume days but everything after that felt a lot lighter lol. some of the light days felt like shit too but overall i gotta say it works well.

Those are the worsts especially on squat for me. Is it your first time doing this variation?

tog 240 efter den första cykeln. siktade in mig på 250 men det kanske var lite överambitiöst. lätta dagarna är på 190 och det sliter som fan. målet är att komma upp till 250 åtminstone till sommarn. sen får vi se. min bänk ligger på 160 vilket är ok men min mark är riktigt dålig förhållande till min vikt. tror fan jag aldrig tagit mer än 230kilo lol. ska försöka jobba upp den till åtminstone 250 innan jag börjar tävla.

yeah first time. can't say doing 6x6 squat, dead, and bench the same week was fun lol. how did it go for u? got any ideas what to do next?

I injured myself while doing it in march 2013. I was doing Olympic WL and and a lot of floor gymnastic at the same time. Small quad tear in my first meet prep. I had to take 2-3 weeks of rest and I could only squat 4 times in the last 5 weeks but it's all my fault. The program itself is just as good as it is simple.

You are used to some volume you might as well run Sheiko 29-37-32
