Work on that fat bar grip man and you could pull that double overhand... would make a big difference when cleaning!

Yeah, my grip has gone weak lately.
I've done 110/242 overhand before but that strenght is not there atm :(

435x1 dead
last time maxing for 8-10 weeks. hope i have 455 by then.
went to rack pull right below the knee and struggled with 405 using a narrow and a wide stance.

Does this mean my lower back needs work?

Could be that, and that you had just pulled 435 lol.

Also if you never do them that could also be a reason.

Normally try to keep upper back a little more tight but was feeling pretty shitty today. Otherwise any other critiques?

Maxing out in 2 weeks hoping for 415+ then i'll be changing things to get more frequency.
