Strenght overall today was not that great, been having doms in lower back pretty much all week.
Really need to work on strenght but especially the technique during the transition, it's real bad atm (second time doing continentals though)
Also need to find a better place to ''rest'' the bar, the amount of fatpinch I get atm is horrible, bleed through my shirt a bit today.
110/242 and 120/265 here, fail on 120kg though.
I think I can fix 130/285 before the summer if I fix my technique though
