If I'm squatting 200 and dling 325 its not a strength issue as far as my legs go right? Something is off on my form for squat?

No, you have weak legs most likely

I DL 515 and only max squat low 300's

I am always baffled and kinda impressed when you say this, I mean how are you dl'ing to achieve that much weight when your squat is that ''low''.
