How strong is 5x 100s db bench ?

What Bb does this approximate to?

Jus realized my shoulder is fine with db bench so started up again.

i can do 75's for 5 with db
and 235 for 1 on BB
although i hardly ever do DB's

it really depends on how much you do each of the exercises, back when i was training in the str range i could do Incline db 90x3 but only flat bb 185x1

do you recommend wearing knee sleeves at any time when doing squats? currently doing 260 pounds squats on stronglifts and my knees really start to shake when i'm pushing to get up, especially on the last 2-3 reps of last set. been debating about buying this to maybe prevent injuries

Knee sleeves wont help your shaking knees. They only help to get warm lubricated knees from my experience. Sleeves wont add any weight or stability to your squats.

I recommend you to work on your form and I do recommend them because they have helped me to get rid of my tendinitis.

rehband 7051's, a size smaller than recommended. ($80/pair) Honestly...I don't notice much difference with them, but I just may be retarded.

Would his knee shakiness be from weak hip flexors?
