Doing the whole kingpin cycle on conventional. I will most likely do the next cycle sumo style.

Just new PR's on each respective day (mon weds fri) then the following week I'll jump back into week 1 and that puts me exactly 10 weeks out.

Yeah but I'm doing the traditional cube (not kingpin). This next cycle is going to be somewhat of a mesh between the two.

That's funny though, I normally pull conv but decided to do a cycle with sumo lol. The feels when pulling 100 lbs less than what you normally do :wacko:

It's good to switch things a little bit. I pr'd at 457 @ 161 lb conv and 474 @ 175 sumo. The 474 however was pretty easy compared to my conventional pr.

I'm currently using a training max of 425 only and I get challenged a lot by the rep scheme....can't wait to try new prs.

new triple pr(300), i look shaky but didnt feel bad. @151lbs bw
looking for 275+ for 5 next week.

your form is kinda weird..it's like a hybrid of high bar mixed with low bar mechanics.

I just go with what is comfortable for me. If you have any tips let me know and I'll give it a shot.

pretty good weight @151bw. your stance is very wide. try to shorten it to about shoulder width. also try to bring your arms in closer to tighten up your back more, and point your elbows more towards the floor.
