10-12% and I eat whatever the fuck I want. I Weight myself at night to see If I ate enough. :D

However I am not as consistent as I could as far of gaining weight. This is mostly due to having a crazy scedule (working 7 days a week and doing 25h of physical activities so crazy calories intake required)

How do you keep the Bf so low and eat everything/enough to constantly make such huge gains

When I weight myself I try to at least keep it the same as last night. I'm around 179 at night these days so pretty much the same since holidays.

If you increase your weight really really slowly like I do you will always be lean. I make decent gains not ''huge gains'' btw ;)
