lol yeah, i just cut so..im actually 167 on the T..

but at 190 im going to be so much better.

and full body is too hard, i used my webcam

Topped out my clean bulk at 160, and now I'm kind of indecisive on whether to keep on clean bulking or cut down >.< I'm 5' 8 ish btw.

i have a really long way to go, and i'm going to start training 2-3 times a day(plyos or abs in the morning, lifting in the afternoon, followed by practice) which may hurt my mass a bit at first if i don't have a good enough diet and rest
