It's illegal due to political reasons. If you did research...or even had a free thinking mind...then you would be able to make up your own mind instead of having the government make up your mind for you. Sure I've smoked with guys before, how that has anything to do with being gay is beyond me...more of a stretch than being shirtless in a barn...or having your bro take a picture of you flexing.
