You're right about the light not helping out showing your conditioning but still look huge bro. Btw can u explain a lat spread? I have no idea how todo them, possibly cuz i have none but just curious.

I definitely feel a lot more thick.solid.tight now at this 5wks than last time @5wks.
my conditioning is the same or even better, despite being ~10lbs heavier. yahh for small deficit :P

next week ill take some pics with a different camera so u can check out some more definition.
